Delivery & Returns Information For Beaded Creations' Customers


While Beaded Creations endeavors at all times to adhere to delivery times and schedules parcels will be shipped out within 1 to 2 working days. During promotions and special sale events delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders. During such promotions and promotional events, delivery of goods shall be 2 to 3 working days from date of confirmation of order but may be delivered before such time.

Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, logistical, promotional and other considerations.

Following the developments related to - Corona Virus - COVID-19, we would like to inform you that we are working around the clock to ensure that there are minimal delays and interruptions of our services. The health and safety of our customers and our team is our highest priority, and we are taking the necessary measures following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and local public health authorities, to ensure we continue to serve you with zero compromise on the well-being of all parties. Thank you for your understanding and support in this regard.

Delivery is subject to a confirmed proof of payment of an order and Beaded Creations shall not be liable for any delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to, transporters, deliverers, political conflicts, force majeure and others.

You may return eligible products within 7 days of the order receipt date. Please note that we are not able to process product exchanges.

Return Policies:

1. Eligible products received within 7 days will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
2. Refunds for items that received volume discount pricing will be adjusted based on the quantity kept.
3. When returning multiple orders, each order must be packaged separately.
4. Notate the accurate quantity returned on the original invoice received with your items.

Products must be in their original condition, count, weight and packaging. We do not accept returns on the following products:
1. custom-cut products such as wire, chain or cord
2. open pre-packaged or bulked products
3. items which were discontinued at the time of purchase
4. items that are sold on FINAL SALE
5. gift cards

    ***Please note that items purchased more than 7 days ago are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns older than 10 days will not be accepted.***

    Return shipping guidelines:

    • Only orders originating in South Africa are eligible for returns.
    • Please return supplies in plain protective packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
    • For your protection, please send your returns in a plain, rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend but do not require that you insure your package. We will not credit you for items that arrive damaged.
    • Refunds for returns over R200.00 received within 7 days will usually be refunded directly to the original form of payment. A merchandise credit will be issued in cases where the original form of payment is unavailable for a refund.
    • Refunds for returns less than R200.00 or received more than 7 days after the order was originally delivered to you will be issued as a merchandise credit. For returns older than 7 days a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Returns older than 10 days will not be accepted.
    • If you would like to exchange any item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

    All refunds will remain at the discretion of Beaded Creations.

    The length of time it takes for your return to arrive at our premises is determined by the shipping method you use as well as your location. S.A Post Office Parcel  items can take up to three weeks to arrive at their destination and have no guaranteed delivery time. Please speak with your local Post Office to determine the estimated time of arrival for your package.

    We do advise insuring your mail or using delivery confirmation for high value items. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. An email notification will be sent to you when your refund is completed.

    We do advise to rather return your parcel via the same delivery method you received it (PEP - PAXI) your refund will include the cost for return shipping.

    Please do not refuse your package as this will severely delay the return of your package and a shipping fee will be deducted from your return total.
