PREORDERS

As part of our products and services, we run preorders for various products.

Our Preorder items are bestselling beads, findings, components and jewelry pieces that have previously been in stock and sold out multiple times.

These items are specially ordered directly from our vendors for BEADED CREATIONS exclusively. Preorders can take anywhere from 15 to 30 days depending on the manufacturing, quantity, and details of the item. This is an ESTIMATED timeframe only, and your items can arrive sooner.

If you decide to Preorder any item/s on our website, please note the following:

Preorders

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item/s ships
  • If you need to add to or update your Preorder in any way, please advise us in writing via email to: beadedcreations716@gmail.com
  • If you have ordered a combination of preorder and in stock items, the entire order is held until the preorder stock arrives. This is to save you on shipping costs. Should you wish to receive your in stock items sooner, we request that you place a separate order to your preorder items.
  • In the event of items missing from our vendors then we will ship out the items that we have received. Once the remaining items are received from the vendor, we will either hold them to be shipped with your next order – or you can pay additional shipping costs to have them shipped straight away.
  • There will be no refunds for any preorders as the items have been specifically made and/or ordered in for you.
  • We do our very best to communicate all details for Preorders on the Product page as there are usually hundreds of orders for each item and it is not possible to contact everyone individually.

  • NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed as payment is processed automatically.
  • IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the delivery time frames given for preorders are ESTIMATES ONLY. Delays may occur during production or shipping that are outside of our control. Please allow for this when participating in our preorders as we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control. 

Updates

  • We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible
  • If your order status is “Unfulfilled” – we may be able to adjust your shipping address or products. Please give us a call on +27 744285361 immediately or send us an email to beadedcreations716@gmail.com if your order requires a change
  • If your order status is “Fulfilled” – then unfortunately we are NOT able to make any changes as the order has already left our premises.

Status

  • Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email associated with your order (Please ensure to check your “Spam Folder” of your mail as well). Orders that do not include Preorder items generally take 1 to 3 business days for processing and the order status will be listed as “Unfulfilled” until it has shipped.
  • Once shipped, you will receive another email and/or SMS (If opted for on your order) which will include the tracking number for your package.
  • You may check the history of your orders and status by logging into your account.

Promo Codes

  • You are able to use only ONE promotional code per order. BEADED CREATIONS is not responsible if the promotional code is not entered at checkout and it cannot be retroactively applied as payment is processed automatically.
  • Please note, the Order Confirmation email and invoice you receive will only reflect the order total and not method of payment breakdown.
  • NOTE: Promotional Codes can normally be found on our “Front Page” and are offered for limited times only.
