Delivery & Returns Information For Beaded Creations' Customers

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Beaded Creations offers SIZE CHARTS with every item (which is “Unique” to that one specific item only and must not be regarded as a “General Size Chart”).

To ensure our customers order the correct size we to urge you to please ensure that you utilize the size chart provided and compare to your own body measurements to determine the correct size.

All items (Unless stated "Local Stock") are shipped from international warehouses, suppliers and factories, according to the size indicated by you at the time of placing your order, and therefore due to the nature of our business we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered.

We will not be held responsible for incorrect sizes ordered and if you ordered the incorrect size and you would like a different size, you will have to place a new order on our online store for the correct size.

All refunds will remain at the discretion of Beaded Creations.

Returns for swimwear/underwear/lingerie and shoes will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons.

While Beaded Creations endeavors at all times to adhere to delivery times and schedules of 10-12 working days, (Unless stated "Local Stock which will be shipped out the following day only to South African consumers) of the order being placed. During promotions and special sale events delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders. During such promotions and promotional events, delivery of goods shall be 12 to 15 working days from date of confirmation of order but may be delivered before such time.

Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, logistical, promotional and other considerations.

Delivery is subject to a confirmed proof of payment of an order and Beaded Creations shall not be liable for any delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to, customs clearance & inspections, transporters, deliverers, delayed flights, political conflicts, force majeure and others.

All prices shall exclude customs duties, taxes, government levies and or any other additional charges that the customer may incur relating to purchases on the Beaded Creations website or online platform.

Where stock is sold out due to the above factors, Beaded Creations shall endeavor to assist customers by offering similar goods or products or store credit in lieu of such shortages.

Gift cards, sale, clearance and discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
