Dyed Howlite can be used to replace the stone it's been colored to replicate.
Because of its porosity, Howlite is often dyed and used as an affordable alternative to turquoise.

It is a calcium borosilicate hydroxide, most often mined in Eastern Canada and California, though found in several other locations around the world.

Howlite is a soft stone, so it can easily be scratched.
With its calcium structure, it is also vulnerable to many chemical cleaners, acidic perspiration and damage from sand and dust.
To clean Howlite, use lukewarm, slightly soapy water and a soft cloth (cotton is best).
Rinse well to remove residue and pat dry.
If your Howlite is dyed, do not immerse the stone.
Store Howlite wrapped in soft cloth within a separate box or pouch to reduce the likelihood of damage.

No shipping costs will be charged for your OWN COURIER COLLECTION - Collections by your own courier can be made Weekdays only between 08h00 and 16h00.
We do not offer any "PERSONAL" collection from our premises for any reason whatsoever as this poses a serious security risk to our stock, staff and premises.
While Beaded Creations endeavours at all times to adhere to delivery times and schedules please allow 1 "Business Day" for your order to be processed, AFTER proof of payment has been received and funds reflect in our account.
To speed this process up, we strongly recommend making an "Immediate Payment" should you require your items urgently.

Risk on delivery shall pass to the consumer upon handing the parcel over to our delivery company.
No deliveries shall be made to P.O Boxes or LOT No’s or outlying areas which are not accessible by delivery companies.
The onus remains with the consumer to ensure that an accessible physical address is provided.
