Turritella Agate is of the Chalcedony variety, which is a part of the Quartz family. It has a rich, earthy black or brown color, and it can be easily recognized by the fossilized snail and sea creature patterns in the stone. The name Agate come from the Achates River in Sicily where Agates were first discovered. Agates usually have specks of color, eye markings, bands, stripes, or fossilized inclusions.

Thoroughly dry agate in jewelry to prevent any extra moisture from causing tarnish in connecting metal components. We do not offer any collection services from our premises for any reason whatsoever as this poses a serious security risk to our stock, staff and premises.
While Beaded Creations endeavours at all times to adhere to delivery times and schedules please allow 1 "Business Day" for your order to be processed, AFTER proof of payment has been received and funds reflect in our account.
To speed this process up, we strongly recommend making an "Immediate Payment" should you require your items urgently.
Parcels will ONLY then (NOT BEFORE) be shipped out, and then depending on your exact location, delivery will take place as follows: (This EXCLUDES weekends & public holidays).
