We charge a "Flat Rate" of R130.00 for ALL COURIER GUY DOOR TO DOOR parcels, irrelevant of value, weight or location.
We charge a "Flat Rate" of R90.00 for ALL COURIER GUY KIOSK parcels, irrelevant of value, weight or location.
We charge a "Flat Rate" of R80.00 for ALL COURIER GUY LOCKER TO LOCKER parcels, irrelevant of value, weight or location.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to your door for ALL orders OVER R1500.00, irrelevant of weight or location.
We do not offer any "PERSONAL" collection from our premises for any reason whatsoever as this poses a serious security risk to our stock, staff and premises.
While Beaded Creations endeavours at all times to adhere to delivery times and schedules please allow 1 "Business Day" for your order to be processed, AFTER proof of payment has been received and funds reflect in our account.
To speed this process up, we strongly recommend making an "Immediate Payment" should you require your items urgently.
Parcels will ONLY then (NOT BEFORE) be shipped out, and then depending on your exact location, delivery will take place as follows: (This EXCLUDES weekends and public holidays).
JHB - Normally 1-2 Business Days - Depending on exact location
KZN - Normally 2-3 Business Days - Depending on exact location
CPT - Normally 3-4 Business Days - Depending on exact location

During such promotions and promotional events, PROCESSING of orders shall be 1-2 Business Days AFTER receipt of payment.

Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, logistical, promotional and other considerations.
Delivery is subject to a confirmed proof of payment of an order, and Beaded Creations (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any costs, charges or expenses arising from external factors beyond Beaded Creations (Pty) Ltd control including but not limited to transporters, deliverers, political conflicts, acts of God, force majeure, theft, hijacking or unforeseen road accidents of third party delivery vehicles, resulting in the loss or damage to parcels or late deliveries. Risk on delivery shall pass to the consumer upon handing the parcel over to our delivery company.
No deliveries shall be made to P.O Boxes or LOT No’s or outlying areas which are not accessible by delivery companies.
The onus remains with the consumer to ensure that an accessible physical address is provided.
The consumer has a duty to ensure that the goods are inspected upon delivery, and to notify Beaded Creations (Pty) Ltd in writing within 24 hours of any defects, damages or incorrectly supplied goods.
Should the item be damaged, the item needs to be received by Beaded Creations within (7 calendar days) in its original packaging, and upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item a final decision will be made by Beaded Creations to offer either a replacement or store credit for the total cost of the item minus shipping costs and communicated to the consumer accordingly in writing.
Charges shall be detailed with each individual order and may differ based on the size, type and quantity of goods ordered by the Consumer or Retailer.
The user or consumer agrees and accepts that should the he/she change the order, delivery address or specifications after an order has been dispatched, then there shall be delays with the date and time of delivery based on logistical considerations.
Any request to change an order that has been placed must be done via email and this will result in a 24-48-hour delay.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Beaded Creations offers delivery within South Africa for orders to the value of any amount.
All prices quoted excludes any additional charges that may be applicable, for which the responsibility will fall onto the buyer to settle.

While Beaded Creations endeavours at all times to adhere to previously stated delivery times and schedules, during promotions and special sale events delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders.
Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, logistical, promotional and other considerations.
Where stock is sold out due to the above factors, Beaded Creations shall endeavour to assist customers by offering similar goods or products or store credit in lieu of such shortages.
