Given its name, it should be no surprise that Rose Quartz is renowned for its beautiful pink color, which ranges from gentle, blush-colored hues to more vivid shades of pink.
The coloring of rose quartz is the result of a small amount of the element titanium that makes up a part of the mineral’s composition.
Another key characteristic of rose quartz is its luster, as Rose Quartz Beads usually have a shiny finish.
Rose Quartz came to be known as the stone of love and reconciliation from the Greek myth about Aphrodite and Adonis. Their blood was commingled when Aphrodite was cut by a thorn bush while saving Adonis from an attack by Ares (disguised as a wild boar). Their blood stained White Quartz to make it a rose-pink color. Later, it became customary for the Romans to use the stone as a gift of love.
Rose Quartz is associated with love, the heart and beauty, and is thought to be a healing aid for the heart chakra. Imbalances of this chakra have been said to cause colds, allergies and psychosomatic illnesses. When in balance, the heart chakra is thought to make one open to love and compassion. Some believe that Rose Quartz has calming effects and helps people develop strong friendships.
Rose Quartz is fairly hard, so it can be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner. Avoid heat with most forms of colorful Quartz's to prevent hue shift. Store Rose Quartz out of direct sunlight to preserve its color.

We offer delivery to ALL SOUTH AFRICAN consumers in ANY area for orders to ANY value. Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated at the check out process on your order.
Beaded Creations delivers countrywide in South Africa. Our preferred courier services are "THE COURIER GUY" and "PUDO
We charge a "Flat Rate" of R130.00 for ALL "COURIER GUY" Door To Door parcels, irrelevant of value, weight or location, and R70.00 for ALL "PUDO" Locker To Locker parcels, irrelevant of value, weight or location.
We do not offer any collection services from our premises for any reason whatsoever as this poses a serious security risk to our stock, staff and premises.
While Beaded Creations endeavors at all times to adhere to delivery times and schedules please allow 2 to 3 "Business Days" for your order to be processed. Parcels will then be shipped out, and depending on your location, delivery will take anywhere between another 3 to 5 "Business Days" (Excluding weekends & public holidays). During promotions and special sale events delivery times and schedules may be varied due to the influx of customer orders. During such promotions and promotional events, processing and delivery of goods shall be 7 to 12 "Business Days" from date of confirmation of order but may be delivered before such time.

Deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure, logistical, promotional and other considerations.
Delivery is subject to a confirmed proof of payment of an order, and Beaded Creations (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any costs, charges or expenses arising from external factors beyond Beaded Creations (Pty) Ltd control including but not limited to transporters, deliverers, political conflicts, acts of God, force majeure, theft, hijacking or unforeseen road accidents of third party delivery vehicles, resulting in the loss or damage to parcels or late deliveries. Risk on delivery shall pass to the consumer upon handing the parcel over to our delivery company.
